Responsibility for shipping fees depends on the nature of the return:
- Customer Choice (Change of Mind / Wrong Size): For returns based on personal preference, the customer is responsible for organizing and paying for the return shipping. We do not provide pre-paid labels for these instances; please visit your local post office to arrange a trackable shipment.
- Incorrect or Defective Merchandise: If the item is faulty, damaged during delivery, or not what you ordered, the cost to you is £0.00. We will email you a pre-paid return label to download and print, covering the full cost of the return.
Restocking Fees: We never charge restocking fees for any returns.

- There are no fees for the exchange itself.
- The customer covers the shipping cost to our warehouse.
- Na collection will pay the shipping cost to send the new replacement item back to you free of charge once the inspection is complete.
